Who Can Apply – Eligibility Criteria

To apply for Kanya Utthan Yojana 2025, the applicant must fulfill these conditions:

Only for Girls: The scheme is exclusively for female candidates.Bihar Resident: Must be a permanent resident of Bihar.
Education Status: For Class 12 benefit – Must have passed from Bihar Board (BSEB) in 2024–25.

For Graduation benefit – Must have graduated from a recognized university in Bihar.
