The filled ladki bahin Yojana form data entry will be done online by the designated camp/ward/village panchayat/ward office in-charge, and a printed receipt will be given for each successful application. This receipt will also be sent to the applicant via SMS/WhatsApp. Anganwadi workers will assist in this process.
The applicant woman must be present in person at the specified locations for a live photo to be taken and e-KYC to be conducted. For this, the woman needs to bring the documents required.

Take the printout of the hamipatra pdf file and fill out all the details asked in the form
Go to the home page of the app by tapping on Narishakti doot and tap on the Mukhyamantri Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana link
On next screen you will be prompted to allow access to your location, tap on the while using app
Ladki Bahini Yojana Online Form will be presented in front of you which you will need to fill up carefully with your details
In the first field you will need to enter your complete name which is name of the women as per the Aadhaar Card
From next field select husband (pati) or father (wadil) and enter the name as per the field which you have selected

Select date of birth

Next you will need to upload your documents such as Aadhaar Card, adiwas pramanpatra, birth certificate, school leaving certificate, income certificate or pilve kiva keshari ration card, arjadaracha hamipatra, bank passbook, mahilecha janm parajyattik aslyas patichey kagajpatra, arjadaracha photo you will need to click live photo of the applicant
Once uploading all these documents, tick mark on Accept hamipatra disclaimer and tap on the sweekar button on the popup
