Ladli Behna Yojana: In rural areas, where 57.7% of men participate, only 23.3% of women are involved in the labor force. Similarly, in urban areas, while 55.9% of men are participants, only 13.6% of women contribute to the labor force. This clear disparity indicates that women’s participation in the workforce is lower than men, impacting their economic self-reliance.
